The Brickyard
The Brickyard condos were developed and constructed in 1996 by Jonathan Segal, FAIA with the help of Joseph Wong. The project won the 1995 San Diego Chapter AIA Honor Award for the design and development of this steel and wood frame over concrete garage project.
The Brickyard is located in Downtown San Diego's Marina District on the corner of G and India Streets. The ground floor townhomes feature large outdoor patios or yards and dramatic high ceilings. The upper floor lofts include open spaces flooded with natural light. Some of the upper level lofts also offer outdoor patios and spiral staircases.
